Getting Started
The idea for Active NH came from a personal need. Back in 2008 we realized we needed some motivation to get active. An exercise competition was started with family members and the details were logged via an excel sheet that was e-mailed to each person. Since then, we have all come a long way in living an active and healthy lifestyle.
Thanks to our development team and feedback from the Active NH community, Active NH has come a long way too - not just an excel sheet anymore. We are now a fun, customizable, and fully functional web site where you can create your own exercise competitions to motivate yourself, your friends, and your family.
